Sports Massage

This treatment is designed for the athlete in mind.  Your therapist will customize the massage to the sport that you participate in and the muscular issues you experience focusing on the overused and stressed areas of the body due to repetitive motions.  Sports massage promotes flexibility and range of motion; it reduces muscle soreness and help prevents injuries while targeting muscle- tendon junctions.
