Cranial Sacral Massage

The treatment is performed with light therapeutic touch while your therapist uses their hands to feel various locations on the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum to check for restriction in motion of the craniosacral system and cerebrospinal fluid.  Your therapist then releases the restriction in any of the tissues that influences the craniosacral system which normalizes the environment around the brain and spinal cord allowing for deep relaxation.
